Created by our Beverage Manager Franco Di Maggio & inspired by the fresh breeze often felt in St Mawes, The Roseland Breeze is a zingy, dry & refreshing cocktail with a burst of citrus and a hint of sea air.
Ingredients
30ml Lantic Cornish dry gin infused with Cornish seaweed
40ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
20ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
15ml Cornish Elderflower cordial
Top up with Cornish Sparkling wine – Knightor classic cuvee.
Method
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail Shaker;
Shake & double strain into a Coupe
Top up with Champagne / Cornish Fizz
