The cottage is located adjacent to the main hotel and home to our Grand Harbour & Harbour Views Rooms. All are individually designed, with luxurious bathrooms. Wake up each morning to the spectacular water views and the gentle sounds of St Mawes harbour.
DOG FRIENDLY: Two of our Harbour Rooms are dog friendly, where we welcome a small, well-behaved dog. Please note, dogs are not allowed in the public hotel areas (see our Terms & Conditions page for further details).

Breakfast is included in all overnight stays and served daily, between 8am and 10am in the Restaurant, or if weather permits on the seaside terrace.
Check-in is guaranteed from 3pm, feel free to arrive earlier and relax in the lounges or on the terrace. Check-out is 11am (later departures can be arranged upon request)
Complimentary parking is included.
A small, well behaved dog is most welcome to stay with it’s owner in two of our ground floor Harbour View rooms. For your arrival, we’ll prepare your room with a dog bed and towel, a welcome treat and a bowl for water. There is a one-off charge of £30 for the full duration of your stay. Regrettably dogs are not allowed within the main hotel building, including the terrace. However, they are more than welcome in the Lower Deck at our sister property, St Mawes Hotel.
