Led by Executive Head Chef Dorian Janmaat, whose cooking style is mostly British with a focus on locally sourced ingredients offers delectable dishes with influences from the Far East, using classic French cookery techniques.
Dorian and his team have designed a menu around stories brought to fruition through carefully developed relationships with local suppliers, fishermen and farmers.
Homely yet sophisticated, elegant yet immensely welcoming, the main mood is “home from home informality”.
Served daily for bookings between 6.30 – 8.30pm (or Thursday – Saturday in January & February).

Sunday Sparkling Cream Tea:
Served 3pm – 5pm.
