Created by Dan Puentes Yates, Head Bartender at The Idle Rocks, the Rosaling is a complex twist on the Negroni with a floral and citrusy nose, followed by a wild strawberry and cinnamon bark finish from the Cynar.
Sumptuous and endlessly sippable.
Ingredients
25ml Loveday Kissing Gate Gin
30ml Knightor Rosé Vermouth
10ml Cynar
10ml Italicus
Method
Stir with ice until cool, then strain into a glass over ice before finishing with your garnish.
