Our passionate team of chefs pride themselves on preparing authentic and inspiring dishes, conceived from sustainably produced local ingredients. Led by Head Chef Dorian Janmaat whose culinary philosophy has fresh, local and seasonal Cornish produce at the heart.
We serve great Cornish produce, simply prepared, cooked and served. Sourced from our own doorstep, when we can forage, we do. When the markets area open, we are there. When the fisherman land their catch, we meet them on the harbour. Whilst we are very serious about the sourcing of our menu, the setting is relaxed, and the hospitality is genuine – providing a real home-from-home experience.
