Our products are sustainable and local and we always aim to source from within the county, to reduce our environmental impact.
- Founded in the village of St. Mawes 40 years ago, family-run Wing of St Mawes have been supplying the very finest fresh fish, shellfish and smoked seafood from Cornwall’s Shores. Now in it’s second generation, they source their seafood from local markets as well as buying from small dayboats who fish in the crystal clear waters around Cornwall. Sustainability is at the heart of everything they do, ensuring all seafood is responsibly sourced as well as ensuring local fishing crews earn a fair wage for their catch. They have been named Great British Food Magazine’s UK’s Fishmonger of the Year for two years in a row, alongside numerous Gold Taste of the West awards for their range of home smoked seafood
