With sustainability and traceability becoming ever more important in the world we live in today, we have worked hard to develop a wine list that is not only chosen to enhance our menus created by Head Chef Dorian Janmaat and his team in the kitchen, but is good for the environment, supports many small, family-owned wineries and, dare we say, might, possibly, even be good for you!
These days, certifications for organic and biodynamic practices are an expense that winemakers would much rather spend making delicious wine however we try our best to research those who practice these initiatives and label them throughout the list.
We also label some wines as exceptional. Whilst every bottle on the list is worthy of its place, there are some wines that stand out and provide a totally unique experience expressing the best of terroir and gastronomic balance.
