We are looking for an established and talented individual to join the leadership team as Head of Food and Beverage Operations.
In 2020 we will reposition our cuisine to reflect the style of our new Head Chef Dorian Janmaat, who joins us following 3 years as Head Chef at Raymond Blanc’s 2 x Michelin starred Restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. Dorian will define a new culinary future when The Idle Rocks re-opens in February, whilst the St Mawes Hotel will continue to serve seriously good food in a more relaxed environment.
We are looking for someone to lead the Front of House teams in both businesses. Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
