The Idle Rocks Hotel is looking to recruit a candidate with relevant experience in a similar restaurant/hotel environment.
The main job role is to assist the F&B Operations Manager and Hotel Director in organising and controlling the day to day operation of the restaurant, bar and lounge service areas.
A keen focus on impeccable customer service, and delivering the best customer experience is paramount.
To work with the senior management team to drive our Restaurant standards and service throughout the hotel, team and local community.
Establish yourself as a senior member of our management team
To develop a culture of building rapport with our guests in line with the brand values and the Standard Operating Procedures
To drive in revenue and equally to control costs within the F&B department to ensure an effective and profitable operation.
Competencies of a F&B Service Manager
You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating strong food and wine knowledge.
Have the ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner .
Previous experience in a fine dining environment is essential.
