St Mawes Hotel is looking to recruit a candidate with relevant experience in a similar restaurant/hotel environment.
The main job role is to assist the Hotel manager in organising and controlling the day to day operation of the bar and restaurant.
A keen focus on impeccable customer service, and delivering the best customer experience is paramount.
To work with the senior management team to drive our Restaurant standards and service throughout the hotel, team and local community.
Establish yourself as a senior member of our management team.
To develop a culture of building rapport with our guests in line with the brand values and the Standard Operating Procedures.
To drive in revenue and equally to control costs within the F&B department to ensure an effective and profitable operation.
Competencies of a F&B Manager
You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests as well as great organisation skills to ensure the smooth running of the bar and restaurant.
