We are re-positioning our cuisine to reflect the style of our new Head Chef Dorian Janmaat, who joins us following 3 years as Head Chef at Raymond Blanc’s 2 x Michelin starred Restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. Dorian will define a new culinary future when The Idle Rocks re-opens in February.
