Laura’s Passionfruit Caipirinha cocktail recipe

Passionfruit Caipirinha cocktail

Ingredients:
30ml Passionfruit puree
30ml Abelha Cachaca
20ml Passionfruit Liqueur
Limes
White sugar

Method:
Muddle 6 lime wedges and 2 bar spoons of white sugar in a short glass with the passionfruit puree and the abelha cachaça.  Add crushed ice, stir and add more crushed ice. Stir and float passionfruit liqueur on top.

Garnish:
Lime wheel to rest on the edge of the glass and passionfruit pulp on top.  Add shot straw and serve.

Laura’s Valentine Cupid’s Kiss Cocktail

Cupid’s Kiss

Looking to impress your special someone with a Valentine cocktail next week.  Bar Manager, Laura, has created this recipe, that’s sure to evoke romance.

Ingredients:

15ml Cariel Vanilla Vodka
15ml Lychee Liqueur
Dash Grenadine
Knightor Brut
Raspberry Sugar Powder

Method:
Shake & fine strain all ingredients into a Champagne flute with a raspberry sugar rim
Float Knightor on top using a bar spoon
Garnish with a fresh raspberry
Add cocktail stirrer & serve

Idle Winter Pimms Recipe

A long, refreshing cocktail – a perfect aperitif for a winter’s day or night

Ingredients –
25ml Hendricks Gin
25ml Winter Pimms
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1 x bottle Fever Tree ginger ale
Fresh mint, cucumber, orange & berries

Method –
Build over ice in a hurricane glass

Bar Manager, Laura Sexton shares her latest creation and recipe for this fruity, refreshing, easy to drink cocktail.

Ingredients

40ml Mirabelle Eau de Vie

30ml Chilled Earl Grey Tea

25ml Sugar Syrup

20ml Lemon Juice

Dash Orange Bitters

 

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a chilled martini glass with an orange sugar rim and quarter orange slice garnish to rest on edge of glass.

Summer Cocktail

Our wonderful bar manager has created a new cocktail… Laura tells us it’s the perfect summer drink to enjoy on our terrace.

Cornish Summer Sling

Ingredients:

25ml Tarquins Gin
15ml Cointreau
10ml Benedictine
10ml Maraschino Liqueur
Pineapple Juice
Dash Angostura Bitters
Grenadine

Method:

Simply shake all ingredients in a Boston tin and pour over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and maraschino cherries.

Enjoy with some good old English Summer weather!
