30ml Passionfruit puree
30ml Abelha Cachaca
20ml Passionfruit Liqueur
Muddle 6 lime wedges and 2 bar spoons of white sugar in a short glass with the passionfruit puree and the abelha cachaça. Add crushed ice, stir and add more crushed ice. Stir and float passionfruit liqueur on top.
Lime wheel to rest on the edge of the glass and passionfruit pulp on top. Add shot straw and serve.

15ml Lychee Liqueur
Raspberry Sugar Powder
Shake & fine strain all ingredients into a Champagne flute with a raspberry sugar rim
Float Knightor on top using a bar spoon
Garnish with a fresh raspberry
Add cocktail stirrer & serve

1 x bottle Fever Tree ginger ale

40ml Mirabelle Eau de Vie
30ml Chilled Earl Grey Tea
25ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
Dash Orange Bitters
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a chilled martini glass with an orange sugar rim and quarter orange slice garnish to rest on edge of glass.

25ml Tarquins Gin
10ml Maraschino Liqueur
Dash Angostura Bitters
Simply shake all ingredients in a Boston tin and pour over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and maraschino cherries.
