November Chef Night Experience

8 Courses. 4 Chefs. 3 Michelin Stars. 1 night.

Saturday 11th November 

 

This special evening will celebrate produce and recipes from some of the UK’s finest regions, as we welcome chefs from highly acclaimed Michelin starred restaurants across the UK.

Gareth Ward of Ynyshir in Wales, Mark Poynton of Alimentum in Cambridge and James Knappett from Bubbledogs and Kitchen Table in London, will join forces with our head chef Guy Owen and his team for one special night. Guests will enjoy an eight course-tasting menu with each chef presenting two dishes throughout the evening. All courses will incorporate the very best of local and seasonal ingredients, with each chef showcasing their culinary excellence from their region.

Our special Chef Experience weekend package is available on either Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday nights from £345 per night, based on two people sharing. The package includes two nights’ bed and breakfast and the chef’s showcase dinner on the Saturday night. There is an optional wine flight for an additional £50 per head (please advise at time of booking)

Not only this, but guests who book in on this package, will also experience an exclusive Cornish oyster and wine tasting session with Head Chef Guy Owen and Bubbledogs’ and Kitchen Table Sommelier, Sandia Chang.
